Are you tired of the same old boring leadership development training?
We get it.
Leadership training can be hit or miss. If you have an all-day training there may be ONE thing you found useful. After a while, you can almost guess what the presenter is going to tell you. This means you’re now on your phone not paying attention and waiting for the next speaker or praying for a coffee break.
Generally speaking, the attention span of most attendees' will begin to wane after about 10 to 15 minutes of a presentation. So it’s critical that whoever you hire to motivate and inspire your team to take action can provide quality content, but also have the ability to engage your participants in unexpected ways.
The goal is not to lose your team before you even get started.
