Meet Dr. Kasandra
CEO. Speaker. Visionary. Baker. Physician. Dr. Kasandra is a multi-hyphenate powerhouse known for effortlessly blending her over two decades worth of exemplary corporate, non-profit, culinary, and leadership experience into an easy-to-follow recipe that ensures her clients’ success.
As the founder and CEO of Lynne Creatives, Kasandra cultivates mission-driven leaders at every level. Known for increasing team engagement and productivity, her magnetic teaching style is rooted in her belief that soft skills are key to great leadership. And her highly-rated, highly-effective development programs prove that.
Whether she’s addressing education administrators or community/civic organization and foundation decision-makers, there’s one thing for certain: Kasandra’s got the strategy companies to need to drive results when it matters most.
To lighten up the serious work she conducts she has developed her love for the Art of Baking. Each month she hosts live virtual cooking classes as a way to build community and memories. During the pandemic, to combat burnout, she started a company called Busy and Baked, which teaches busy professionals fun and easy bite-size recipes to share.
She started to notice a trend-that the primitive instinct for desires around food was the great equalizer among her team. And the same skills used to bake can translate into her work as an advocate and leader.
In her view-developing connections is the key to making change.
Dr. Kasandra’s proprietary 5-part framework – the W.H.I.S.K. Method– skyrockets engagement, productivity, and morale for leaders in exciting, fun, and engaging ways based on the principles of baking.
Her interactive training show leaders how to motivate their teams, build community and keep their talent committed to driving the company’s mission forward.
While Kasandra’s bread and butter are cooking up solutions that blend authenticity, innovation, and holistic fun – she is most proud of being elected the National 2nd Vice President for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., receiving the Arnold P. Goldman Foundation Humanism Award at Columbia University for her work with displaced Hurricane Katrina survivors, serving on the National DEI Strategic Planning Workgroup for the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and being named part of the Top 40 under 40 at the National Minority Quality Forum.
If you’re looking to re-engage your leaders and teams with fun, out-of-the-box development training and workshops that help them bring their full selves to work, Kasandra has the recipe.

Let’s face it everyone in your workforce can’t quit. But those who are quitting is costing the global economy $9 trillion dollars! So how do we stop the workforce sieve? We need to give employees a reason to stay. So it is important, as leaders to understand what keeps the employees you have and also look at trends on what’s causing others to walk away.
